Q-1) Why ROS for Drones?? 

ROS or Robot Operating System should be used  for Drones as ROS is robust, scalable and fault-tolerance can be built into it.  ROS can easily integrate with OpenCV, Pytorch or Keras or OpenAI Gym and others thus giving its user all advantages.

Q-2) Why online training or MOOCs when the same training can be done offline?

Online Training or MOOCs is a better way to learn robotics or ROS as we generally run the SITL  or simulation in the loop features and use all the robots virtually. So making the learning experience online is even a better experience.

Q-3) What is the scope of robotics in India?

Scope  of robotics we at Dcube-padhai personally believe is immense in India. Earlier when there was a market buzz over Electric Vehicles many dismissed it saying it won't work in India.  But now if one looks around in metro cities like New Delhi one can see EV's everywhere such as buses, cars, scooties, bikes etc. Same goes fo robotics.

Q-5)Why are the classes previously recorded?

At dcubepadhai once you register and pay for a course you get lifetime subscription. The course consists of presentation which are downloadable and can be studied without internet. Along with the presentations are pre recorded videos so that the learners can self-pace the course.


Q-6) Are certifications provided?

Yes we do intend to provide certifications in the form of Linkedin Cetificates as proof of the learning process. By adding those certificates to the linkedin profile one can showcase the skillset gained and thus raise stakes in the employability market.


Q-7) How does one add Linkedin certificates to the profile?

The process to add Linkedin certificates to the profile is very straightforward. Near the top of the profile, click the add profile section button. Then select Background and click the “+” icon next to Licenses and Certificates. Scroll down to the Licenses & Certifications section. Click on the “+” icon to add a new certificate.A box will pop up allowing you to enter your certificate details. Enter the name of the certification name (typically, the course name).For Issuing Organization, begin typing dcubepadhai and select dcubepadhai when it appears.. For Credential ID field, enter the lengthy certificate number found at the the bottom-left hand corner of your certificate. Lastly, copy the link to your certificate to the Credential URL field on LinkedIn. Note that the URL is accessible to anyone on the Internet.


Q-8). How to enquire about the various courses and their details ?

One has to click on the page course details and will be guided to the page where courses given along with their details such as fees, instructor, language, duration, prerequisites, requirements etc. For prerequistes and requirements one needs to do the prerequisite course before the main course. Similarly one needs to meet the system requirements so as to be able to do the course. In the blog section one can find blogs where one will learn how to install various tools, softwares, and frameworks etc. Although these courses come with a duration which is basically a standard time frame but learners can self-pace their courses in their own time duration as once subscribed to the courses gives them lifetime validity and access to the website.


Q-9). What if I get a doubt while practicing?

One can always ask questions in the comment section which will then get answered by the fellow members of the community ie others learners, instructor of the course and other educators.


Q-10)Can we contact the educator directly?

Unfortunately, that cannot be done as policy. But it depends upon the discretion of the educator if he/she wants to share the personal contact details.
